Bright, grapefruit zest and dark sugar
We look forward to every year’s fresh crop from Kenya. This selection from Kirinyaga County is a phenomenal example of Kenya’s superb coffee processing methods. Clean, complex and bright notes of grapefruit pith with layers of dark sugar. We have a limited amount to roast this season, so grab some before it’s gone.
Black tea, nectarine, ripe peach
Our latest find from our favorite origin — this coffee comes from Nansebo district, West Arsi zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Nectarine and ripe peach sweetness with black tea notes. This coffee is fully washed and then dried on raised beds.
Fruity, floral, berry, and caramel with sparkling acidity.
There is nothing like an Ethiopian natural process coffee. Coffee cherry is picked and then laid out to dry whole. This natural process results in some complex and intense flavor notes. Processed at the Idido washing station. A flavorful coffee from our favorite origin.
