Lemon and mint with a nutty aftertaste

A "pulped natural" or "honey" processed coffee, meaning some of the coffee cherry mucilage remains on the bean when drying. The result is a unique profile different from wet- and dry-processed coffees. This is from longtime grower, Hélcio Carneiro Pinto, on his Fazenda Santa Lucia in Carmo de Minas.
