Two coffees. Same origin. Two different processes. Experience just how different coffees from the same region (Yirgacheffe) can taste. The Beriti is a washed process. The Idido is unwashed; the coffee cherry is picked and then laid out to dry whole. Unlike washed varieties where the bean is separated from the cherry and then the mucilage is rinsed off the bean, this natural drying process results in some complex flavor notes. The washed Beriti has a delicate taste, reminiscent of floral tea. Shipping is complimentary.
