Our partners at Catalyst Trade this year invested in the Abore washing station where this coffee was processed. They helped install better drying tables and they helped purchase a hand pulper to allow for honey processing. The honey process means the coffee is pulped and dry fermented for about eight hours, then drained on mesh screens for six to eight hours. The coffee is then returned to the drying tables for another drying cycle and for turning for 15 days.
