There is nothing like an Ethiopian natural process coffee. Coffee cherry is picked and then laid out to dry whole. Unlike washed varieties where the bean is separated from the cherry and then the mucilage is rinsed off the bean, this natural drying process results in some complex and intense flavor notes. A flavorful coffee from our favorite origin.
