Sharing the complex floral notes of many Ethiopian coffees, this washed coffee from Guji stands out for its balance of fruit notes, sweetness and body. Jasmine tea, brown sugar, and a pop of citric tartness roundS out this memorable coffee.

Natural processed coffee refers to coffee cherry picked and then laid out to dry whole. Unlike washed varieties where the bean is separated from the cherry and then the mucilage is rinsed off the bean, this natural drying process results in some complex and intense flavor notes.
