Another Guji offering, but more fruit forward than our washed Guji. This natural processed coffee from Ethiopia's Oromia region features bright, sweet berry and chocolate. Similar to our recent Aricha Edido.

Natural processed coffee refers to coffee cherry picked and then laid out to dry whole. Unlike washed varieties where the bean is separated from the cherry and then the mucilage is rinsed off the bean, this natural drying process results in some complex and intense flavor notes.
