Another outstanding lot from Kirinyaga County on the slopes of Mt. Kenya.

Smallholder producers take coffee cherry to New Ngariama Cooperative Society for processing. Cherry is hand sorted for unripes or overripes before being depulped and then fermented for 24-36 hours under shade. It's then washed a second time and graded by density and sun-dried for 12 to 20 days on raised beds.
